Please Note: A part payment is required upfront for a consultation. If you wish to reschedule, please contact us to make alternative arrangements. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any reschedules. But don't worry! Your deposit will stay on your account to be applied whenever you are ready.
Look out for a welcome email with a short video demonstrating our virtual clinic portal with an Initial Intake Questionnaire.
It's required that you complete every section of the Questionnaire before your consultation. Please allow up to 20 mins to complete.
You can attach your results of any relevant and recent tests or scans through the "Practice Better app" or you can log in via this website.
Once you have submitted your completed intake form, you will be sent a reminder of your appointment time the day prior.
If you need to reschedule, do so now. Appointments changed without 24hrs notice will be charged in full.
No need for "zoom links" just go to the app on your phone or log in via this website to access your practitioner appointment at the allocated time.
After your appointment (excluding initial appointment) a printable prescription for supplements will be attached in your client portal. These are uniquely prescribed for you.
This prescription allows you to purchase all practitioner-only herbal and nutritional supplements. You will require this prescription for further repeat purchases. If your prescription expires, you will need to book in a follow-up consultation with us
To get started with your health journey and receiving the health benefits as soon as possible, you can purchase your prescribed supplements via the links provided, and we'll have these conveniently shipped to your address.
